Sustainable Greens
A small organic farm in rural Southwest Michigan run by Kate Lind and her husband, James. Lind, a self-taught expert on wild edibles, uses her knowledge of ecology to give customers a unique selection of products you can't find just anywhere.
Sustainable Greens has been selling delicious, organic food since 1996. They sell wholesale to restaurants in the region and Chicago. Their produce retail can be found at the Goshen Farmers Market.
